Job requirements

• A tertiary qualification at Bachelors level (minimum), including Psychology or similar
• Previous experience in supporting people with an intellectual disability or autism spectrum disorder
• Experience providing support using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach
• Full New Zealand driver's licence

Job responsibilities

• Development of Behaviour Support Plans and Safety Plans, skill-building, and self-regulation strategies
• Supporting people with high and complex needs and behaviours of concern
• Providing resource information, training, and advice
• Reviewing and supporting the implementation of plans and interventions

Qualifications

Skills
