Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving quality meals - Cook within budget - Assist with ordering, menu development, allergen and nutrition management - Cater for functions as required - Assist with general kitchen and cleaning duties

Qualifications:

- Experience with creating salads, sandwiches, and cafe style cabinet food - Experience in baking and pastry - Understanding of hygiene, health, and food safety practices - Food safety certificates preferred
