Job requirements

- Experience working in dynamic and complex high-risk environments - Ability to build relationships and influence change on a large scale - Practical knowledge of HSWA, Contractor Management, and Return-to-Work processes - Relevant Level 4 qualification or higher

Job responsibilities

- Assist the Senior team in implementing the Safety Strategy and Annual Safety Plans - Guide managers and supervisors in safety management - Engage teams to build effective relationships and implement robust HSW measures - Coordinate and deliver regular monitoring activities - Support significant incident investigations for timely and accurate closeout

Qualifications

- Relevant Level 4 qualification or higher

Skills

- Ability to coach, engage, and support - Competence in understanding JSA, SWMS, PTW and working with IT
