Job responsibilities

- Lead MOE construction projects from planning to final delivery - Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules - Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments - Regularly report on project progress and updates to clients and management

Qualifications

- Background in property or asset management - Experience with MOE contracts
