Job requirements

• Minimum of 10 years construction experience with at least 8 years as a Project Manager
• Experience working in a vertical main contractor capacity or a Fit-out/Refurbishment business in New Zealand or Australia
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job responsibilities

• Overseeing the delivery of projects ranging in scale and complexity
• Project planning, coordination, and programme documentation
• Full cost management including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
• Stakeholder engagement and working closely with clients
• Leadership of project and site-based teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years construction experience with at least 8 years as a Project Manager
