Job requirements:

- Strong personal commitment to clean sport and integrity within sport and recreation - Strong relationship management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in specific integrity areas is highly regarded - Preferred qualifications in business, management, law, education, or sports-related field

Job responsibilities:

- Support sport and recreation organizations in creating respectful and inclusive environments - Establish integrity standards through an Integrity Code - Handle Sports Anti-Doping responsibilities for New Zealand - Provide complaints and dispute resolution services

Qualifications:

- Background in business, management, law, education, or sports-related field is preferred

Skills:

- Ability to lead and influence at all levels - Effective relationship building and communication - Advocacy, strategic influencing, and cross-cultural competence
