Job requirements:

- Dedicated to the holistic development of young people - Experience in youth work, especially with blind or low-vision young people - Good understanding of pastoral care practices - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Digital competency in various software applications

Job responsibilities:

- Building strong relationships with young individuals - Assisting in the delivery of everyday living skills programmes - Upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles - Collaborating effectively with team members and teachers

Qualifications:

- Full, clean, valid driver’s license preferred - Police Safety check required
