Role Overview

As an Academic Quality Adviser at OCA, you will be instrumental in enhancing educational programs and maintaining rigorous academic standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to program development to meet student and stakeholder needs
• Working with teaching staff to improve teaching practices and ensure quality
• Implementing quality assurance systems to uphold academic standards
• Driving innovation in teaching methodologies and learning strategies
• Providing academic and pastoral support to students

Desired Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in program development and academic quality assurance at a tertiary institution
