Job Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and positive team player to join our team as an Account Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate should be process-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines while collaborating with suppliers, clients, and the extended team.

Role Objectives

• Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers while identifying new ones
• Stay updated on developments in the yachting industry

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets set by the company
• Prospect for new business through various channels
• Prepare proposals for prospective and existing customers
• Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
• Attend trade shows and other events as required

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Demonstrable product and industry knowledge
• Information technology (IT) knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and understanding of MYOB
