Qualifications & Experience

For this role, experience in accounting is essential. Familiarity with Capricorn payment systems would be advantageous as we strive for operational efficiency.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions for accuracy.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for review.
• Handle routine administrative tasks related to accounting, such as data entry and filing.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Location & Benefits
