Job Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process and verify invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and prepare batch payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage on-charges to agents, follow up on unpaid invoices, and maintain customer relationships.
- Payroll: Set up and manage payroll processes efficiently.
- Bank Reconciliation and Cashflow: Maintain accurate records and provide cashflow projections.
- Address internal and external queries related to financial operations.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
- Previous experience working within Real Estate or Property is a must.
- Proficiency with financial software, particularly Xero and Ipayroll.
- A customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance preferred but not essential.
