Job Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable: Process and verify invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and prepare batch payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage on-charges to agents, follow up on unpaid invoices, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Payroll: Set up and manage payroll processes efficiently.
  • Bank Reconciliation and Cashflow: Maintain accurate records and provide cashflow projections.
  • Address internal and external queries related to financial operations.


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
  • Previous experience working within Real Estate or Property is a must.
  • Proficiency with financial software, particularly Xero and Ipayroll.
  • A customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.


Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance preferred but not essential.
