Responsibilities:
- Enter bills and billing purchase orders in Xero accurately and efficiently
- Process a high volume of invoices for approval each month
- Manage accounts receivable on a smaller scale
- Perform regular account reconciliations
- Handle various administrative duties including stationery orders, vehicle fleet management, and more
- Edit and import weekly timesheets into Xero Payroll
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in Xero, account reconciliations, and administrative tasks
- Experience with accounts receivable and payroll processes preferred
- Self-assured individual with a great sense of humor
