Join Our Close-Knit Team as an Accounts Payable/Administrator!

Are you ready to be a part of a fun, modern, and innovative business located in East Auckland? Our team values camaraderie and productivity, making work feel like a breeze! As we expand, we are looking for a talented Accounts Payable/Administrator to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter bills and billing purchase orders in Xero accurately and efficiently
  • Process a high volume of invoices for approval each month
  • Manage accounts receivable on a smaller scale
  • Perform regular account reconciliations
  • Handle various administrative duties including stationery orders, vehicle fleet management, and more
  • Edit and import weekly timesheets into Xero Payroll

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable processes
  • Proficiency in Xero, account reconciliations, and administrative tasks
  • Experience with accounts receivable and payroll processes preferred
  • Self-assured individual with a great sense of humor
