About the Role: Accounts Receivable Team Member

If you have a passion for finance and administration, our Accounts Receivable team at St John HQ has an exciting opportunity for you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing donations, processing payments, allocating remittances, and generating receipts. Your tasks will primarily focus on the Community Health and fundraising portfolios, making this a rewarding and impactful position.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Commitment to working two days per week in the office
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and previous experience with finance systems
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Previous high volume Accounts Receivable experience is a plus
