Role Overview

We are looking for an Administrative and Communications Coordinator to join our Auckland team. In this role, you will work closely with our fundraising and campaigns teams to coordinate donor correspondence, maintain supporter databases, and handle various administrative tasks that contribute to our mission of advocating for lower taxes, reduced waste, and increased accountability in government.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming customer service enquiries
  • Maintaining databases of supporters, donors, and potential donors
  • Donor recognition through emails, cards, and coordinating phone calls
  • Coordinating mailouts and managing the online store
  • Providing general administration and operational support

Successful Candidates in this Role Will

  • Be people-oriented and excellent communicators
  • Have exceptional written communication skills
  • Be efficient, organised, and able to multitask
  • Be technology savvy with IT skills
