We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Retail Sales Representative at STIHL Shop Botany.  

STIHL has been leading the way in outdoor power equipment for over 40 years in New Zealand and over 90 years world-wide. STIHL Shop Botany specialises in the sales and service of outdoor power equipment (including  all parts). We are also Auckland's expert Weber BBQ Specialists.

To succeed in the Retail Sales Representative roles, you will: 

• ideally have good retail sales experience, with a particular emphasis on customer service.
• be responsible for the showroom being retail ready at all times.
• assist customers with outdoor power equipment product and parts sales and workshop service bookings.
• manage stock, including processing of inward / outward goods, pricing products maintaining stock levels.
• be results and solutions focused, with a strong attention to detail.
• have excellent time management, administrative and organisation skills
• have great communication skills, liaising with customers and suppliers.
• be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• ideally have experience in relevant industry and/or have pre-existing knowledge working with outdoor power equipment and contracting equipment, but not essential, as training will be provided.
