Animal Caregiver Full-time Job

Key points

- Full-time Animal Caregiver position (approx 30hrs a week) - Work with dogs in a busy Doggie Daycare and Pet Hotel - Must love animals and have professional animal care experience - Exclusive Pet Hotel and Doggie Daycare facility - Rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Job requirements

- Previous experience in a similar working environment or veterinarian clinic - Relevant animal care qualification - Fluent in English - Own reliable transport - NZ residency or valid NZ work visa

Job responsibilities

- Ensure all guests are entertained, happy, safe, and healthy - Keep play parks and dog apartments clean - Work on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar working environment or veterinarian clinic - Relevant animal care qualification

Skills

- Professional animal care and handling skills - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Initiative in the animal care environment - Love working with animals
