You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, including developing detailed design concepts and documentation. Collaboration with international clients and teams on luxury and lifestyle projects will also be a key aspect of your role.

Requirements for the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architectural design, particularly within the hospitality and lifestyle sectors. Proficiency in Revit is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in New Zealand. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also highly valued for this position.
