Location

Our office is conveniently located in North Shore Auckland, close to a transport hub with easy access to amenities and the motorway.

Role & Responsibilities

• Project management from scoping to delivery
• Team leadership, training, and upskilling
• Delivery of concept drawings to clients
• Liaising with external stakeholders
• Producing high-quality documentation and Building Consent drawings
• Pro-active communication with project team
• Council consent applications and responses
• Providing solutions during construction

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit
• Knowledge of NZBC and NZ Standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong project management skills
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a NZ design business
• Bachelor or Diploma in Architecture
• NZ residency or appropriate working visa
• Driver’s license
