Job requirements

- Proficient in Revit (1-3 years of experience preferred) - Strong understanding of New Zealand building codes and standards - Strong Mandarin and English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Job responsibilities

- Develop and modify Revit models for various projects - Ensure designs comply with NZ Building Code and relevant standards - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors - Prepare detailed construction drawings and consent documentation - Review plans for compliance and feasibility

Qualifications

- Relevant qualification in Architecture or related field

Skills

- Proficiency in Revit software - Strong understanding of building codes and standards - Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
