Job Overview
The ideal candidate will work with employees undertaking Careerforce programs in the health & wellbeing sectors, preparing them for assessments, providing feedback, and supporting their journey towards NZQA qualifications. The role involves working with a national team of Staff Assessors and may require some travel within New Zealand.
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge and commitment to adult learners
- Relevant sector knowledge
- Experience with standards-based assessment
- Strong initiative and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tertiary qualification in Health & Wellbeing
- NZ Unit Standard 4098 or 30421 for registration as a Careerforce Assessor
- New Zealand Driver Licence
