Job Overview

The ideal candidate will work with employees undertaking Careerforce programs in the health & wellbeing sectors, preparing them for assessments, providing feedback, and supporting their journey towards NZQA qualifications. The role involves working with a national team of Staff Assessors and may require some travel within New Zealand.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge and commitment to adult learners
  • Relevant sector knowledge
  • Experience with standards-based assessment
  • Strong initiative and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tertiary qualification in Health & Wellbeing
  • NZ Unit Standard 4098 or 30421 for registration as a Careerforce Assessor
  • New Zealand Driver Licence
