Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the business's general administration - Handle reception telephones and ensure efficient communication - Monitor and maintain stationery stock levels - Organize contractors for general repairs as needed - Take responsibility for cash flow spreadsheets and update all currencies daily - Reconcile cashbook to the General Ledger daily - Manage accounts payable including coding invoices and posting invoice batches - Manage accounts receivable including keying commercial invoices and receipting daily payments

Job Requirements:

- Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and other accounting software - Excellent analytical abilities - Ability to meet strict deadlines - Capacity to work independently and show great initiative - Experience in managing both accounts payable and receivable - Strong communication skills for efficient telephone handling - Experience using SAGE system preferred but not necessary
