Are you an experienced lawyer with a background in general banking and/or restructuring and insolvency? Lane Neave is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE to join our Auckland office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside respected partners, gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients and transactions.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to advise bank and non-bank lenders on corporate and property finance transactions, guide clients through restructuring and insolvency matters, and oversee end-to-end transactions efficiently. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our partners in achieving successful outcomes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, particularly in banking and finance. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach are essential for this role. An interest in the CCCFA would be advantageous, and a drive for continuous growth and innovation will set you up for success at Lane Neave.
