Job Requirements

- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant - Minimum 5 years' BAS experience in a medium to large NZ CA firm - Experience managing a team of BAS Accountants - Must be living in NZ with a valid right to work

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of staff - Workflow management and mentoring - Performance reviews and training - Prepare annual financial accounts - Manage a client portfolio - Work on special projects with various business structures - Experience with preparing year-end financial statements - Familiarity with Xero, XPM, and FYI systems

Qualifications

- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant - Minimum 5 years' BAS experience - Experience managing a team of BAS Accountants

Skills

- Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with a diverse client portfolio - Proficiency in preparing financial statements - Familiarity with accounting systems
