**Key Responsibilities:** - Managing governance processes within a medium to large organization - Supporting General Counsel or legal function - Completing annual work plans for Boards - Coordinating Board meetings, events, and teleconferences - Managing director travel and meeting hospitality - Contributing to various projects as required

**Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in a Secretariat or Board Liaison role - Proficiency in governance processes - Experience in supporting legal functions - Familiarity with regulatory compliance systems, particularly Diligent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in NZX listed companies or financial services sector is advantageous
