Job Description

The company is seeking an experienced manager to oversee their retail team in the heart of the CBD. Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Brand Passion: Instilling a deep understanding of the brand's heritage and values in staff.
• Client Experience: Creating unique client experiences, fostering long-term relationships, and prioritizing after-sales care.
• Store Performance: Mentoring and coaching the sales team to achieve excellent results and meet KPIs.
• Operational Excellence: Overseeing all store systems, processes, and administration for efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing opportunities for process enhancement and commercial growth.
• Team Development: Leading the team with clear goals, prioritizing development, and ensuring individual growth.
• Sales Optimization: Driving sales and productivity through effective KPI management.
• Strategic Growth: Analyzing reports, collaborating with regional partners, and proactively responding to market trends for business expansion.
