About the Role

Gallagher is seeking a motivated team member to join their Auckland Central office. The role involves handling new business processing, renewals, and client engagement. While experience in the insurance industry is beneficial, full training will be provided. Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is an added advantage for potential candidates.

Key Accountabilities

• Understanding clients’ insurance needs
• Providing expert insurance advice
• Servicing renewals, new business, and endorsements
• Managing client inquiries and claims processes
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn. While a certificate in Financial Services is required, Gallagher offers support for candidates to achieve this qualification through their study support program.
