About the Role of BAS Director

We are currently seeking a qualified individual performing at a Senior Manager level to join us as a BAS Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of client projects. We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and solution-oriented, with a can-do attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of final products to the Partner for approval
  • Manage client relationships and high-level client portfolios
  • Lead and develop junior staff, teaching them high-quality accounting methods
  • Assist in complex problem-solving and finding solutions
  • Undertake special projects and high-end work as needed
  • Participate in staff recruitment and performance appraisal processes
  • Attend client meetings and assist in business development activities

Skills & Experience Required

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in IFRS, financial modeling, and analytical problem-solving
  • Experienced in people management and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Solid experience with systems and processes
