Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct data analysis to develop actionable insights supporting decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Prepare detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for successful project completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and data analysis tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certification in Business Analysis.
