Job Description
The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in providing leadership to a skilled team of Rehabilitation Consultants, driving Occupational Rehabilitation and Early Intervention strategies, managing relationships, and delivering financial and operational outcomes. The position requires a qualified allied health professional with leadership, coaching, and commercial acumen skills.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold AHPRA registration and a qualification in disciplines such as Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Psychology. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with a passion for developing others and driving business growth.
