Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end onboarding of contractors and casuals - Conducting background/compliance checks - Invoicing in alignment with timelines - Liaising with client, contractor, and payroll - Assisting in preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for external clients and internal meetings

Requirements

- Experience in a fast-moving customer service environment - Ability to provide administrative support and customer service for internal and external customers - Proven success in implementing new processes and delivering on requirements - Growth mindset and team player - Keen interest to learn about supported industries
