Client Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Nurse Manager with exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the successful candidate will lead a skilled clinical and administration team.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the facility
• Oversee occupancy and risk management
• Ensure quality management
• Manage financial aspects to maintain profitability within budget

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant tertiary qualification in nursing with a current APC
• Post-graduate studies in Management, Gerontology, Business Studies, or Health Studies
• Minimum of 3 years of health and/or business management experience
• Previous residential aged care experience in NZ
• Proven track record of team leadership in the healthcare sector
• Strong customer relationship and people management skills
• New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status
