Are you passionate about combining leadership and high-performance sports to encourage youth development? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference at the Blues Charitable Trust (BCT) as a Leadership & Career Coach. This role involves empowering emerging youth leaders from the Blues Region to reach their full potential and achieve their career aspirations.

About the Role

As a Leadership & Career Coach at the Blues Charitable Trust, you will play a crucial role in the Career Coaching Programme for youth leaders who have completed the Blues Youth Leadership Programme. Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance to help these young leaders explore their strengths, set career goals, develop personalized career plans, and ultimately succeed in their chosen career paths.
