Position Overview

Menzies Aviation is seeking energetic individuals to deliver exceptional customer service to airline customers, freight forwarding, and custom agents. The role involves maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and safety while adhering to company policies and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and plan work effectively
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks within specified timeframes
• Strong customer service skills in face-to-face and telephone interactions
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ideally, experience with Track and Trace systems
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Full Driver's License
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
• Desirable: Previous experience in freight forwarding
