Job requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ECE) - 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership position in early childhood sector - Current New Zealand Teachers Registration (full) - Genuine warmth, care, and passion for children - Team player with collaborative and reflective best practice approach - Drive a positive team culture and environment - Sound knowledge of Te Whāriki - Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude - Residing in NZ with full registration and work rights
