## Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Large Food Manufacturing Business

### Executive Leadership Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO will lead, manage, and be accountable for the financial and commercial management of the business. This includes providing financial and commercial leadership, developing long-range financial strategies, managing reporting processes, and overseeing legal and risk management activities.

### Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Providing financial and commercial leadership to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board - Developing long-range financial strategies and business plans - Managing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes - Leading and managing the treasury function - Designing and implementing a robust governance framework - Liaising with internal and external auditors - Attending Board meetings and providing input on finance and strategy discussions - Driving continuous improvement within the business - Providing leadership to the finance team and the wider company

### What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced CFO with a track record of working in medium to large fast-paced environments within aligned industries such as seafood, FMCG, food manufacturing, agriculture, or primary industries. In addition, you should have:

- Previous leadership experience at a senior level in a complex and multi-site environment - Strong strategic and analytical capabilities - Deep understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and risk management practices - Excellent communication skills - Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on integrity, accountability, and innovation
