Role Overview

The CFO will report to the New Zealand CEO and oversee all financial and administrative activities of Busy Bees Aotearoa. Responsibilities include financial planning, management, reporting, and leading the finance team to ensure operational success.

Key Duties

• Support CEO and senior leadership in executing strategic plans
• Ensure financial propriety and accuracy in reporting
• Analyze financial statements for growth opportunities and risks
• Participate in business acquisitions as needed
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate for this role is a fully qualified accountant with previous experience as a CFO or Head of Finance. They should have a track record of delivering results, experience in medium/large workforce environments, and strong communication skills to influence senior management.
