About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and varied dispute resolution matters, gaining good exposure to court proceedings. The firm deals with a mix of civil and commercial litigation cases, including property disputes, contractual claims, shareholder disputes, insolvency, Fair Trading disputes, professional negligence, insurance, and construction disputes. This role offers room to grow and develop your skills while being mentored by experienced professionals.

About You

The ideal candidate will have around 2-6 years of experience gained within a reputable firm, with relevant litigation experience. You should have the ability to build rapport with clients, analyze legal issues effectively, and possess good communication and problem-solving skills. If you have a B average or higher in law grades and are looking to elevate the quality of your work in the litigation space, this role could be the next step in your career.
