Job requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of civil construction experience - Tertiary qualification in civil engineering - Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget - Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

Job responsibilities

- Oversee technical review, engineering, administration, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, QHSE planning, and compliance - Ensure project adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards - Manage project scheduling and resource allocation - Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors - Promote a positive company culture - Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams

Qualifications

- Relevant Tertiary qualification in civil engineering
