About the Role:

This role involves working in crews across Auckland's roads and highways. You will be stationed in a yard in Mt Wellington, where you will begin and end your day. There is also the possibility of working from the yard in West Auckland. We are seeking hardworking individuals who are reliable and possess a positive attitude. The standard workday is 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a night shift option available from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am.

Duties:

• Soft landscaping (hedging, pruning, weed eating)
• Litter collection
• General maintenance (pothole repairs)
• Mowing (using John Deere mowers or tractors)

Skills and Experience:

• Class 1 full licence
• Class 2 full licence desirable
• Experience with soft landscaping, litter collection, and traffic control advantageous
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
