Role Overview

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join their Auckland team. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, supervisors, trade staff, and cleaners on client sites. This role involves overseeing site budgets, maintaining communication with the senior management team, and handling administration tasks.

Responsibilities and Contributions

Operations

  • Promote positive client responses and maintain strong relationships
  • Manage back-of-house functions, site inspections, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations

Financial

  • Ensure operational budgets are met and monitor expenses
  • Process contract variations promptly for accurate invoicing
  • Identify and capture additional revenue opportunities

SHEQ

  • Ensure compliance with OHS requirements and company standards
  • Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards
  • Adhere to IMS requirements

Human Resources

  • Ensure staff adherence to company procedures
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff
  • Manage HR issues and work rehabilitation

Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies

Management and Reporting

  • Communicate regularly with management on client relationships
  • Deliver weekly reports on activity, revenue, and business development
  • Maintain accurate client and equipment databases

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of business systems and financial analysis
  • Experience in stakeholder management and project deadlines
  • Technical knowledge of trade services and relevant legislation
  • Ability to develop and implement management systems
  • High level of planning, organizational, and analytical skills
