Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Clinical Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Service/Team Leads and Regional Managers for prompt service delivery
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences and rehabilitation solutions
• Building positive relationships with stakeholders
• Managing caseloads and promoting efficient workflows

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Psychology
• Annual practicing certification as a registered health professional
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Five plus years of clinical experience, with ACC operational knowledge
