What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse with leadership experience to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Educator. In this role, you will lead education initiatives to support professional nursing practice within the 24 Hour Surgery team. Collaborating with the nursing leadership team, you will plan and implement training programs aligned with our strategic business plan.

What You Will Bring

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-registration experience in acute clinical nursing practice and be pursuing or have completed a postgraduate qualification in teaching and assessing. Strong clinical leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education are essential for this role.
