Are You the One We're Looking For?

Do you hold a current Manager’s Certificate in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012? Are you also equipped with a First Aid Certificate and capable of meeting the regulations outlined in the Gambling Act 2003? Moreover, are you a person of integrity, reliability, exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficient time management? If your answer is yes, then Hobsonville RSA is in search of a Club Manager just like you.

Your Key Responsibilities

As the Club Manager, your role will involve various essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the efficient and profitable running of all Club operations
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures
  • Managing bar staff and delegating responsibilities
  • Coordinating with contractors
  • Managing all goods ordered and received while maintaining stock on hand
  • Ensuring proper handling and recording of all gaming income
  • Overseeing all marketing initiatives
  • Attending to all administration duties efficiently and within the specified time frame
  • Attending monthly Board meetings to provide updates on the Club’s activities
  • Handling inquiries and bookings for private functions
