Job responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a stakeholder management process - Advise on internal communication tools and coordinate internal communication events - Oversee the weekly development and delivery of a digital newsletter - Develop award citations for key industry awards - Commission and edit print publications - Oversee content creation and maintenance for the organization’s website - Support media relations, public engagement, and marketing initiatives - Assist in the development of promotional materials and event planning - Develop and implement a strategic communications plan

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Minimum of five years of relevant experience in communications and public relations

Skills:

- Proven management experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Event coordination or management experience - Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator a plus)
