Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full-time role in Grafton, Auckland City, with a salary range of $72,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is within the Consumer Feedback team, ideal for individuals with exceptional communication skills and a knack for investigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and survey results from consumers
• Draft responses to consumers in alignment with organizational values
• Ensure complaints are managed in compliance with relevant policies
• Communicate feedback trends and insights to directorates
• Provide advice and support on consumer engagement tools
