Contract Management at Accenture
Contract Management is part of our Legal and Commercial Services. Our professionals bring innovative ideas to commercial reality with a focus on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract management teams
- Develop contract management staff
- Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks
- Engage in pre-award sales activities and negotiate contractual outcomes
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
- Membership: Member of World Commerce and Contracting (or similar) considered a plus
- Experience: Minimum 7 years as a contract manager with team management experience
