Contract Management at Accenture

Contract Management is part of our Legal and Commercial Services. Our professionals bring innovative ideas to commercial reality with a focus on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract management teams
• Develop contract management staff
• Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks
• Engage in pre-award sales activities and negotiate contractual outcomes

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
• Membership: Member of World Commerce and Contracting (or similar) considered a plus
• Experience: Minimum 7 years as a contract manager with team management experience
