Job Responsibilities and Requirements

We are looking for a team player with 4-6 years of experience in corporate/commercial law. The ideal candidate should have a proven background working with a reputable New Zealand law firm or in-house legal team. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Joint-venture agreements
• Shareholder agreements
• Sale and purchase of businesses
• Contracts negotiation
• Providing advice on terms and conditions and distribution agreements
• General commercial law matters

This position is perfect for someone looking to join a boutique law firm where they can work closely with Partners and have the opportunity to make a significant impact.
