You will be responsible for supervising individuals in Prison, assisting in their daily routines, and contributing to their rehabilitation and reintegration process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage positively with individuals in Prison
• Supervise daily routines and activities
• Monitor behavior and safety
• Assist in conflict resolution
• Implement and monitor sentence plans

Requirements:

• Positive mindset and motivation to make a positive impact
• Ability to work rostered shifts including weekends and holidays
• Current full New Zealand driver's license
• Legal authorization to work full-time in New Zealand
• Pass pre-employment checks
