Job requirements:

- CPEng qualification and local market knowledge in New Zealand - Proven experience in 3 Waters, Infrastructure, and/or Land Development - Comfortable with technical mentorship of junior staff

Job responsibilities:

- Review and approve project designs, calculations, plans, and specifications - Ensure engineering solutions are innovative, efficient, and cost-effective - Conduct technical reviews and audits to identify issues and recommend corrective actions - Address and resolve technical challenges during project lifecycle - Ensure project designs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
