Job Description

Our client, a well-established organization in Auckland, is currently in search of a motivated Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller to join their team. Responsibilities

• Processing invoices
• Handling queries
• Receipting off payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Contacting overdue customers
• Negotiating payment terms
• Liaising across the branch network
• Assessing and approving credit limits and payment terms
• Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of the Accounts Receivable function
• Performing bad debt analysis

Requirements

• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP
• Great attention to detail
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Ideally, experience in a multi-currency environment
• Excellent communication skills
